Dr. Yehudis Smith is an early childhood leadership consultant, speaker, trainer, and author who believes meaningful growth begins with relationships. Known for her warm, grounded approach, she connects easily with educators and leaders, listens closely, and creates space for honest reflection, practical problem-solving, and real growth.

Her work focuses on helping schools build emotionally responsive, developmentally grounded cultures rooted in clarity, connection, and trust. Through consulting, coaching, speaking, and professional learning, Yehudis helps educators move beyond reactive management toward more intentional leadership—strengthening not only how they lead and teach, but how they see children, their teams, and themselves.
